3. MikTeX Updates


(a) Reproduce all the activities demonstrated in the tutorials.

(b) Do a web search on LaTeX tutorial and go through the first few hits.

(c) Go through the link http//tug.org/tutorials/tugindia. We will refer to the tutorial in this page as Tug India Tutorials. At this link, the source files
    are also given. All the Tug India Tutorials, in pdf form, are also given in this CD.

(d) Do a web search on LaTeX spoken tutorial and go through the first few hits.

(e) Locate the wiki page for LaTeX on http//spoken-tutorial.org

(f) Locate the study plan page for LaTeX on http//spoken-tutorial.org

(g) Update MikTeX from a source other than what was shown in the tutorial.

(h) Install morefloats and cclicenses packages or any other package through the update procedure.

(i) If you have a MikTeX DVD, update from the DVD.

(j) Compile the LaTeX Slide file that comes with this tutorial.
